For the bird-watching enthusiasts we have more than 160 bird species including the Kori, Bustards and Egyptian Geese. The flora is a combination of typical mountain fynbos and succulents that offer an excellent home to smaller game. The reserve is also dominated with indigenous trees like the Guarrie, Wild Plum and Boerboon.
